• What is your favorite HEDIS measure and why?: I’d say WCC, TRC, and COA are probably my favorites, because I worked with them the most and those measures seem to have been a consistent focus on my daily tasks, likely aligning my strengths in chart review.
• What EMR systems have you worked with? Epic and eCW
• What is your experience with Microsoft Excel? We commonly use it to for data reporting and tracking trends, so I’m a bit familiar of its functions
• TRC – Transitions of Care (It focuses on medication review, follow up care after hospitalization or discharge, and sometimes admission follow-up
• COA – Care of Older Adults (Documentation of adult health records, medication review, and functional assessments for older adults)
• RAC – Risk Adjustment Assessment (documenting or coding patient health conditions so insurance companies can properly assess the care/cost the patient needed)
