  • Duties of an Management and Program Assistant (OA) /Executive Assistant to a PdM within C2S include MIRARS, ATAAPS, DTS, etc. Provides direct administrative and procedural support to managers, administrative officers, program analysts, program managers and/or program offices by organizing, collecting, analyzing and presenting information related to the current and future program/project workload. Serves as point of contact for a variety of management support services including: security program, forms control; training; visitor badges and access cards; control and maintenance of records management; violence in the workplace program; internal surveys and inspections; control, development, and improvement to various administrative directives assuring that directives are within the scope of the originating organizations delegated authority and functions. Personally develops databases necessary to monitor and report on various management programs within the CS Apps. Uses office automation skills to help perform management and/or program support assignments.
  • Served as backup for the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager's executive assistant. Serves as Property Book Hand Receipt Holder. Also serves as alternate for accountability of the CPE C2IM PM C2S PdM CS APPS Property Accountability Hand Receipt. Participates and has been POC for I2S fundraising and annual events such as Organization Day and Holiday events. Assists in planning and execution of CS Apps meeting, lunches and social events. Plans, coordinates and verifies access for visitors for CS Apps.
  • Provides significant operational support and executive-level assistance to Project Manager Command and Control Infrastructure (PM C2I) and Deputy C2I. This encompasses a range of administrative and logistical tasks designed to optimize the PM's time and efficiency. Key activities include filtering messages, scheduling meetings, sending follow-ups, handling correspondence and serving as a point of contact for internal and external functions. Anticipating needs and managing priorities. Using integrated systems for communication, scheduling and communication.
  • Vendor Visits. During 2025-2026 I successfully enabled and completed planning for at least 157 vendor visits. This entails following up with emails from vendors that are interested in our programs. Coordinating appointment times, deciding whether in person or MS Teams. When necessary preparing visit requests and obtaining conference rooms, and escorting visitors when needed.
  • Completed all assigned training in a timely and efficient manner. Training completed as an Executive Assistant: GFEBS Overview L101E, Integrated Process Overview L201E, Cost Management Process Overview L230E, Acquisition Process Overview L250E, Navigation and Reports L303E, Labor Cost and Payroll Process L434E, Human Resource (HR) and the Payroll Process L436C, Purchase Requisition and Approval L452E. DAU training completed: CLO 005 Purchase Card Online Systems (PCOLS) section 895 and CLO 005 Purchase Card Online Systems (PCOLS) section 889 and Ethics at Work HMS 415, Derivate Training.
