I am a refugee myself and I escaped with my 2 children at a young age to flee from persecution, violence, and war in Iraq. And now after I got 2 different majors (Medical Assistant and Associate in Art), working as a sub teacher and raising my kids well, A son had a diploma and working multiple jobs and my daughter graduated last year from the High school and joined the Navy. It’s my time to pay back to the community. I believe that each person should leave the world a little better than how they found it.
