• Oversaw all military police activity on Camp Courtney, Camp McTureous, 3 adjacent Army fueling stations, and all off-base incidents involving Status of Forces Agreement members.
• Ensured quality of all reports and casework for both criminal and non-criminal responses.
• Increased efficiency of coordination between Military Police Leadership, Camp Courtney Operations’ Security Guard Forces, Camp Courtney’s Japanese Security Guards, and local Japanese law enforcement.
• Facilitated transition from M9 Service Pistol to M18 Service Pistol for both 21 Military Police Officers and 32Japanese Security Guards stationed aboard Camp Courtney.

• Facilitated joint training of 145 United States Marines and 54 South Korean Marines for Korean Military Exchange Program 21.1, utilizing 24,174 rounds over 4 ranges with 7 weapons systems, including two Republic of Korea weapon systems
• Oversaw pre-deployment training of 48 Marines and Sailors for Dynamic Force Employment WestPac 21-1 to support Indo-Pacific strategic movements
• Planned, coordinated, and executed 5 law enforcement small-arms weapon ranges, utilizing 34,410 rounds to train 212 Marines and Sailors in 5 weapon systems.

• Acted as single point of contact for all night-time Coronavirus coordination for all United States Armed Forces aboard Okinawa, Japan.
• Assisted in development of operating procedure for Joint COVID Response Center.
• Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday 12-hour shifts.
• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to nightly tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.

• Oversee daily operations of 3D Law Enforcement Battalion Intelligence Shop to include processing security clearances, providing country intelligence briefs, and processing Isolation Preparation forms for all unit personnel prior to deployments.
• Managed small team of three Marines to successfully meet intelligence requirements of entire battalion, including rapid Isolation Preparation processing of 45 Marines in response to high-priority mission.

• Oversaw processing of 2075 junior Marines and Sailors arriving to Okinawa, Japan
• Coordinated with all units aboard Okinawa for delivery of new-join Marines and Sailors.
• Served as Japanese Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) 15th Brigade Liaison Officer for Exercise Keen Edge 2020, acting as single point of contact between JGSDF 15th Brigade and US Forces Japan
• Concurrently served as Battalion Ground Safety Officer, overseeing maintenance of Ground Safety Program and Hearing Conservation Program for Headquarters and Support Battalion
