• Obtain and Maintain a working knowledge of all food menus including carryout and catering menus
• Supervise the cooking and preparation of all food orders
• Expedite all orders to be delivered in a time-efficient matter
• Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
• Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.
• Keep kitchen station clean and organized.
• Utensils & steak knives polished and stocked.
• Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
• Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.

• Greet guests and suggest products based on their unique needs
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices
• Provide accurate product information (Product purposes, intentions, pricing, understanding of crystals/ herb spiritual properties, etc.) and be able to educate customers on store products
• Ensure store is stocked appropriately throughout the day and is kept clean/organized
• Restock items as needed during shift (oils, herbs, necklaces, stickers, etc.)
• Meet sales goals and be able to meet sales quotas
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Work with manager to deal with issues that arise from front-of-house staff or customers (questions, returns, comments, complaints, etc)
• Keep a record of the items prepared and stocked
• Able to follow directions and meet quotas

Responsibilities and Duties: Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing personalized service, suggesting outfits, and answering any queries related to products.

Keeping informed about product knowledge, fashion trends and store promotions.

Utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions, returns, and exchanges

Assisting in inventory management, replenishing stock and participating in floor set up

Dress and accessorize mannequins to highlight featured clothing and accessories
