Manage all operational divisions of the transportation department including Transportation Managers and Supervisors, Transportation Investigator, Transportation Training Department. Routing and Scheduling operations, Special Needs, and Drivers ensuring daily operations are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monthly meeting with the City of Las Vegas, City of Las Vegas, Highway Patrol pertaining to school business and zoning
• Monthly meeting with investigators addressing issues and concerns within the department.
• Monitor all company vehicles and inspections regarding maintenance
• Address issues concerning drivers, bus aide, office staff and dispatchers
