Felicity Meza

I am driven by a passion for STEM, healthcare, and leadership. I aim to blend creativity and innovation by majoring in biomedical engineering and public policy. Alongside my professional pursuits, I am dedicated to inspiring the next generation, fueling their curiosity, and empowering them to reach for the stars!

• Yale Book Award: Recognized for exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and character by the Yale Alumni Association.
• Ballet Folklórico dancer of four years, as a dancer of the school's Ballet Folklórico team I participate in events and activities centered around Hispanic/Latino culture.
• VTS Club: President of the VT SEVA club, organizing community service activities and fundraising projects (over 15 community projects), including fundraising over 4k for charity.
• No Place For Hate/ADL: President of the No Place for Hate Committee, leading initiatives to promote an inclusive school community. Also selected as a student delegate on a civil rights mission with ADL.
• Officer for National Honor Society, serving on the tutoring committee.
• Love, Serve, Feed Volunteer: Serving food weekly to members of the community in need.

• Creator of the Homework Hotline for the National Honor Society, an accessible tutoring platform for students. I lead, manage and oversee its operations and tutors.

• Dell Medical School Health Science Camp and Yearlong Academy: Published research on social determinants of health, with a focus on Colon Cancer. Research presented to Dell Medical School.
