Stared at the state line location as a FOH employee. Eventually trained in the BOH before being promoted to a shift manager and transferred to the Overland Park location.

Hired on as a shift leader. Helped train the team and open the store for two weeks before the grand opening in downtown Kansas City in the power and light district. Worked 40+ hour weeks and 12+ hour shifts. Ultimately the work environment and my relationship with the general manager was not optimal, I ended up leaving much sooner than anticipated.

• Processed customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of checkout/dining area to provide a welcoming environment.
• Trained new hires on register operation and customer service.
• Prepped for both BOH and FOH needs.

• Worked different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet goals.
• Started as a FOH cashier and slowly worked my way into the BOH, and then to a team lead.
• I was offered a management position at this location but had to decline as I was leaving for a year for a medical procedure.

Worked as a server during the pandemic. Ensured guests were greeted, sat, served drinks and entrees, and left with a positive experience. I was in charge of my own drawer, sections, bussing, and running.
