I manage the paint department and oversee all powder coating operations, including preparation, application, curing, and final inspection. I am responsible for maintaining high quality standards, reviewing finished work, and resolving issues that arise during production. I supervise a team of more than thirty employees and ensure that daily workflow, training, and performance expectations are met.

I monitor safety throughout the department and enforce OSHA requirements. I conduct regular safety reviews and make sure all employees follow proper procedures. I use the knowledge gained from several powder coating courses, including my Powder Coating Institute certification, along with my training in Lean Manufacturing processes, to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and support consistent production results. I am familiar with both conveyor and batch powder coating systems, five‑stage cleaning methods, sand blasting, and burn‑off ovens. I work closely with other departments to solve problems, reduce downtime, and maintain smooth operations.
