- Polisher: Remove machine marks using hard wheels on round parts and then switch to soft wheels to finish polishing, visually check the parts for any defects before sending them to the next step
- Do wheels after the end of each shift so they are ready for the next day
- Clean the work area, verify that the jack is in good condition and the area is safe to work in
- Loader: Perform a variety of duties associated with production of firearm components
- These duties may be manual or machine oriented
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performing routine production work (12-hour shifts) on traditional or CNC type equipment in such areas as: Milling, Drilling, Cutoff, Broaching, Shaping, Filing, Media-Blasting
- Performing 'predictable' inspections such as 'Go/No-Go gauging'
- Safely handling and transporting materials, parts, finished goods, supplies, tooling, etc., in and out of departments
- Performing machine loading and assembly tasks
- Keeping work areas and equipment clean, safe and orderly
- Including: Emptying and removing chips, Maintaining a segregated metal scrap
- Performing and inspecting for Preventive Maintenance
