Ally Network Solutions USA LLC was founded to participate and support the expansion of broadband services to all of rural America. Services offered are outside plant engineering and construction to MSOs, directly or via prime vendors. With my unique skill set and vast network in the telecommunication industry, my focus has been to provide the company with potential customers, assist in sourcing the required skilled personnel, offer solutions for training and certification and participate in meetings with existing and new customers, to continue to expand the companies footprint providing more resources to ensure the end goal of broadband for all is accomplished, with our committed participation.

Providing consulting services for various Telecommunication properties in the Caribbean and South America: USVI (St Thomas, St Croix & St John), BVI (Tortola), Cayman Islands (Grand Cayman, Little Cayman & Cayman Brac), Guyana and Bermuda.

• Contributed to success of the ATNI subsidiaries by improving performance, motivation, job satisfaction, hiring key personnel, developing training programs (Thanks to the SCTE's and strategic manufacturers support) and network management systems.
• Reviewed internal systems and organized training plans to address areas in need of improvement.

• Established an efficient Engineering & Operations team to maintain 191 Telecommunication sites.
• Promoted inter-department communication.

• Improved relationships between Telecom clients (Altice, Claro, Viva, Wind, Columbus Networks) and Teletower Dom.

• Teletower Dom, was purchased by Phoenix Tower International. During transition period, I had the pleasure to support PTI in other properties in LATAM and the Caribbean, on new site construction and acquisitions.

• Responsible for planning, design, construction and outsourcing of the entire HFC, fiber optics transport rings and legacy copper Networks.
• Led a team responsible for strategic initiatives, focused on energy efficiency with the implementation of alternative energy options (combination of Solar panels and battery backup systems, to reduce the use of diesel GenSets).
• Developed and encouraged training for local engineers, technicians and contractors, to operate and maintain the new network deployed, with the support of strategic manufactures and equipment vendors.

• Managed and trained local teams in both El Salvador and Guatemala for the rollout, maintenance, monitoring and customer care of the entire network (fiber optics, HFC, legacy copper, micro waves links, business to business, inter country and cities transport rings, etc.), for both residential and commercial clients.
• Led the rollout of 2 fiber optic links connecting El Salvador to Guatemala and this link provided an alternative connection between Central America and North America, when the Arcos ring was cut in 2 places.
• Our team was one of the first ones to implement triple play with Tellabs equipment and then with Docsis.
• After the assets were sold to Millicom, most of our Engineers and Technicians took on new rolls in other companies, for example, Arris, CommScope and other Millicom properties.

India: Mumbai, Surat, Puna, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Vishakhpatnam.

• Trained local staff on the proper standards for Fiber Optics construction, splicing, activation and troubleshooting.
• Built and spliced fiber optic links for the first 200 optical nodes.

• Design of outside plant network, for business services in Managua and other towns.
• Training of local staff on construction, splicing, activation and troubleshooting of fiber optics.
• Construction of 80Km of aerial fiber optics network.

Guatemala: Guatemala City, Antigua Guatemala, Villa Nueva, Escuintla and Zacapa.

• Installation of HFC monitoring system, allowing visibility from the NOC to Headend/Hubs and individual two-way HFC nodes.
• Re-engineering and Construction of 15 headends and Hubs, allowing all towns and villages the availability of CATV, Telephone and Internet services.
• Trained both in-house staff and contractors on the proper standards for both outside and inside plant construction practices.

• Deployed 100Km of fiber optics and built 4 Data Hubs in Guatemala City to offer Data service to commercial customers.
• Collaborated with local Guatemala Government office and contributed ideas on how to share utility spaces on aerial and UG infrastructures.

• Trained Local Staff and contractors on HFC construction standards and practices.
• Construction of network to provide Triple Play services to over 150,000 homes in the San Salvador area.
• Built fiber optics links to deliver data services to all the major commercial companies in San Salvador, Santa Ana and San Miguel.
• Built 3 main Headends and 6 data Hubs.

• Deployment of HFC network to over 6 major towns of Costa Rica.
• Managed logistics of materials, housing, transport and other needs for Expats and contractor crews.
• Locations in Costa Rica: San José, Sarchi, Puntarenas, Santa Cruz, Nicoya and Manuel Antonio.

• Construction of fiber optics and CATV in 3 major cities of Venezuela.
• Managed over 75 local employees and contractors, working simultaneously in Barquisimeto, Valencia and Maracay.

• Engineering support to outside and inside plant.
• Transfer of telecom machinery from Venezuela to Aruba, by Sea.

• Learned Design and Construction standards from USA and Canadian Engineers.
• Helped to build a 120 feet self supported telecom tower.
• Designed, built and installed CATV for the Trinidad and Tobago Yacht Club and The Trinidad Army base.
