Inspected tow trucks chains, cables, straps, and winches before and after use for mechanical issues or damage. Provided courteous customer service and communicated effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintained fleet of staff vehicles including dump trucks, half ton pick-ups and one ton service trucks. Meeting customers in the field to evaluate and resolve issues with equipment. Facilitating communication between customers and rental store dispatchers. Coordinating replacement of equipment if repairs cannot be made in a manner consistent with customer service standards. Participated in on-call rotation.

Maintained company mowers, tractors and other turf equipment. Coordinating repairs and maintenance between superintendent and operators. Ensured that all necessary shop equipment remained in proper and safe working condition. Communicated problems and conditions related to various issues with the operators
