This was an Agency that I worked for and I worked at several facilities through this agency, I would pick up shifts with agency while I held my staff position at Culpeper.

There were 2 units, one of them being a lockdown Psych Unit where I was floated to frequently based off of my previous experience at Culpeper.

This facility was broken into 3 units. Psych, Skilled and Long Term. Unit one was my home unit where I first started working in behavior health. I did a lot of one on one, I could sit up to 4 patients at once, I learned how to deescalate many different forms of episodes along with:
