Fernando Valera

One of my strengths is that I really enjoy physical work and am comfortable working long shifts; at my current job, for instance, I often cover for colleagues who are absent, sometimes working up to 10 hours at a stretch. I have frequently worked in temperatures ranging from 35°C down to -1°C, as well as in the rain, and I can confidently say that I enjoy working in these kinds of conditions. I also place great importance on safety—both for myself and my coworkers, since we all have families waiting for us at home—and I believe that using PPE is essential to staying safe regardless of the situation. Furthermore, I really enjoy teamwork; I consider it vital for getting the job done efficiently, safely, and quickly.
