I work at Residence Life and Housing (RLH) as an Assistant. This job has given me the opportunity to interact with Resident Assistants, HRs, students, and staff members from the RLH department. I believe this experience will add significant value to my role as a Resident Assistant (RA). What I appreciate most about this job is the people I work with—I truly enjoy working with the staff members. Most importantly, I love helping others in any way I can, and I believe this quality will be a valuable asset in supporting students in residence.
