  • At the Cottage Shool, we treat school like it is a job.
  • Every day, I clock in. For each class, I earn a salary. It goes in my checkbook. At the end of the week, I balance my checkbook for the payoff. If I have enough money, I can use it for payoff which are activities like field trips. I get a deduction on my salary if I don't have my work done or if I forget my materials or supplies. If that happens, I won't have enough salary for payoff. So I never forget!
  • If I am late, I have to call in. If I don't call in, I have to see the front desk.
  • Each student has a job. My job is checking the recycling to make sure it only has paper in it. I am a Level 3. It is the highest level.
