
Experienced customer service professional adept at utilizing knowledge of both the coffee industry and customer service industry to successfully manage operations. Possesses extensive knowledge of criminological procedures, theories, and research methods, with a strong academic background majoring in Criminology and minoring in Behavior Analysis and Justice Studies. Well-versed in analyzing criminal behavior, legal systems, and investigative techniques, with a focus on evidence-based approaches to crime prevention and justice administration. Experience in correctional settings enriches a comprehensive understanding of criminological procedures and investigative techniques.
1. Screen applicants and recommend participants for the program.
2. Links clients with services in the community and develop a treatment and release plan for clients.
3. Advocates for the needs of clients within and outside the correctional facility, serve as liaison care givers and service provides.
4. Communicate regularly and effectively both orally and in within with program director at Loci and the executive director of HPI.
5. Attend and participate in re-entry coalitions and community partners in the 5 designated counties.
6. Keeps accurate, clear and timely records and other documentation as required.
7. Submit a monthly report and timesheet of detailed activities
8. Reports to the ORW program director and executive director.
9. Be able to communicate the mission and vision of Horizon Prison Initiative.
10. Attend monthly Interfaith Justice Table Meetings.
11. Conduct speaking engagements with local religious and faith-based groups/organizations within the Central Ohio region, promoting the interfaith aspect of Horizon Prison Initiative.
12. Report monthly contacts with local clergy, religious organization, civic groups, community leaders, and individuals to promote the Horizon program and recruit for volunteers for all Horizon Programs requiring volunteers.
13. Seek volunteers who can represent their faith perspective to all HPI program participants.
