• Acted as the supply chain leader for the PIVC platform which grosses over 1 BN in revenue on an annual basis with reporting lines to the business VP leader and to Global supply chain leadership.
• Managed a team of three global supply chain planners that drive the day to day operations for the global business.

• Drove over 20m dollars of excess inventory out of the global network through MEIO and detailed planning of the manufacturing lines.
• Helped launched the IBP process for PIVC under the MDS business which ensures a good planning process for the end to end business.
• Took on new acquisition (Velano Vascular) and helped ensure proper supply and demand signals were communicated so they could manage their business effectively. Additionally help integrate them into the PIVC business planning process.
• Took the Global Supply Chain lead on the PPDS implementation in Sandy to better help manage a systematic production schedule vs excel.

• Took on stretch assignment from current Supply Network Planner role to be the interim Supply Chain leader for the PIVC platform.
• Took on 1 initial direct report to help manage the platform workload and eventually grew the team to three people.
• Sat on Platform and operations leadership teams to serve as a middle man between the business and operations.
• Continued to manage highly complex and critical manufacturing lines on a day to day basis while training incoming team on responsibilities.

• Manged all US and Mexico based manufacturing lines from a Global Supply Chain perspective
• Consolidated Global demand signals and published master production schedules on a twice a month basis to give correct production signal to the manufacturing sites.
• Managed excess inventory on a SKU by SKU basis to ensure minimal scrap risk
• Helped launch our weekly agile process which ensured weekly check ins with demand planning on operations. This ensured our planning process ran smoothly

• Managed high volume production lines and the main supply planner for the Hemorrhagic Stroke business. Built and established effective tools to manage production and increased efficiency improvements on the planning side by 50%.
• SAP planning and logistics SME for the Salt Lake City site. Oversee improvements by pushing the supply planning team and business to move more of our day to day responsibilities into SAP.
• Worked on cost initiatives by utilizing purchasing strategies and VMI approaches with vendors to save the company north of 1M dollars of spend.
• Managed all final release, Sterilization, and shipping activities for all make to stock product leaving the SLC facility.
• Oversaw all OEM and OSP vendors from a planning and purchasing perspective for SLC which accounts for 20M dollars of spend. Overhauled the planning processes which resulted in 75%resource improvement.
• Managed the closure of planning and inventory activities in closing the NV’s Fremont location and moving their processes and integrating them into SLC’s business.

· Oversaw supply planning and purchasing aspects of all production lines in Salt LakeCity.

· Helped manage over 40 change tickets that let to SAP improvements for the business.

· Established a concrete planning process for the SLC site that lead to an efficient way to balance Supply, Demand, and Capacity planning for operations.

· Served as an SME apart of the accelerate SAP implementation for the NV Division.

· Implemented cost initiatives through purchasing strategies that lead to over 2M dollars in savings.

· Helped streamline the demand and planning signals coming from the commercial division to plan operations capacity plans in a proper and efficient way.

• Was a key team member on the initial implementation of SAP in getting the planning and logistics systems up and running.
• Served as an operations core team member for SLC’s new stent retriever/Microcatheter line.
• Oversaw the closure activities from a planning/purchasing/material conversion perspective as NV’s Mountain View location was closing and moving to SLC.
• Served as SME for Standing up initial planning processes for the AIS business unit in SLC.

· Started out through the University of Utah College Program, and through keeping my metrics at the highest level was promoted to the Pro-Part Time organization. Then through continual high performance received the opportunity to move over to the Pro-Full Time organization.

· Collaborated on the foundation of the business with the CEO from the very beginning of the company. Served as a Client Success advisor for the company and our clients we supported. Additionally, aided with general technical support for other employees in the business.

· Contracted our second client (Nimble Storage) of the company to help build the clientele of the overall company.

· Engaged in company outreach to market our platform to other business and documented feedback that could make the platform more successful as a whole.

· Serve as the Executive Coordinator to the CEO, Bassam Salem, and the rest of the executive team at Mindshare Ventures. Provide support for managing portfolio client relationships with high-level executives and entrepreneurs. Engaged on an interim basis in portfolio company operations providing business analysis support.
