I possess over 30 years of experience learning many different trades, wich then evolved into an understanding of management and leadership. I am often described to have a reputation for meeting the most challenging of goals. I am a pragmatic, focused family man with excellent people skills and a die-hard work ethic. I’ve always been known to choose right over wrong, and I’m not afraid to stick to my guns when i know im right. I work well under pressure, and enjoy working with other individuals who also hold themselves to a higher standard. If I don't already possess the knowledge to complete a task, I strive to learn it faster than most, often becoming more efficient and productive than the teacher. I have reached a point in life where I have set my final roots, and I'm seeking a longterm career location with aspirations of stability for my family, eventually leading to retirement.
