Civil Engineer, Master in administration and Specialist in Management of construction projects; formed with a spirit of positive leadership, ethical rigor and with the academic, humanistic and social tradition of the UNIVERSIDAD INDUSTRIAL DE SANTANDER-UIS university; with high capacity to plan, build, control and manage projects that society demands; with extensive experience in the operational and administrative part of housing projects, roads, vehicular and pedestrian bridges, sewer systems, aqueducts and gas. Professional with a permanent desire to study, update and research to provide solutions aimed at the sustainable development of the community, guaranteeing an improvement in the quality of life of people also promoting a harmonious relationship with the environment.
