Inbound Problem Solve POC IOL

• Serve as liaison between IB leadership and a staff of 10 - 12 problem solvers to ensure team goal are met.
• Manage staffing of problem solvers throughout shift to maintain desired ratio compare to problem solve work.
• Create staffing roster for the next day to assign problem solvers to each floor
• Communicates positively and proactively in team slack channels to share information and promote team engagement.

• Execute new hire training during onboarding periods.
• Conduct audits and re -trains for associates on stow procedures for quality and productivity expectations.
• Provide tips to staff o enhance speed and accuracy while stowing.
• Translate for anyone who speak Swahili, Kibembe, French .
