• Provide technical pre-sale support to the sales team and prospects including analysis of needs, instrument presentation, demonstration, sample analysis testing, data interpretation, preparation and presentation of customized analysis reports to prospects.
• Deliver technical expertise post sales covering instrument installation, multi session training, analysis protocols (SOP's), guidelines, recommendations, software features, calculations, and data interpretation.
• Sell analysis contracts, customized training and support for customer's new employees, specific projects or applications.
• Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote instruments and deliver engaging technical presentations.
• Identify and develop new applications by collaborating with technical partners (companies, research institutes, universities), communicating with HQ French team about projects, trends to develop application notes and webinars.
• Educate newly onboarded Formulaction's sales and service employees on technologies and instrumentations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments to insure optimal performance and accuracy.

Synthesis (radical, anionic, cationic polymerizations, sol-gel process) and characterization of materials using RMN, CES, microscopy, DLS, IR technologies.
