- Identify, interview, and engage individuals to provide training and employment services.
- Client case load management with individuals following enrollment requirements.
- Provide clients with career development services including identification of training opportunities, enrollment, and progress monitoring, as well as identification of barriers to employment.
- Clients’ engagement on job search, and help on resume building, interview counseling, and hiring process.
- Provide job readiness workshops.
- Maintain client’s records and documentation meeting contractual requirements, and upload client’s progress on CSG Engage System.
