• Development of Inhouse Platform
• Implementation of Data Visualisation (Tableau) Tool
• Implementation of ETL Tool (Alteryx)
• Development of Tableau Dashboards.

Service Quality Measurement & Analytics:

• Statistical sampling methodology used for identifying the base for CTA & NPS Activity
• Extract Data from Sales Force, IBM Cognos, SAS and SQL Server to create a sample to be shared with the Survey Partner
• To present and analyses regional performance & data with respect to CTA & NPS Study.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly presentation for the vertical to be presented at the time of review with the Executive Team.
• Deployment of NPS & CTA for all regions to highlight the scores
• RCA & designing of related fixes to enhance customer experience.

Quality & Compliance:

• Proactively analysis or data mining of existing data base of prepaid and postpaid customers.
• Analysis of their usage behavior to identify Unregistered
  Telemarketing activities using various analytical tools such as SAS, R and MS Excel.
• Perform various analysis based on historical data to derive the performance report and CSAT Score.

• Analyzed key aspects of business to evaluate factors driving results and summarized into presentations.
• Evaluated consistency and importance of different business intelligence data against needs to determine optimal courses of action.
• Conducted interviews with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.
