This is an amendment to the Texas Residential Lease Agreement and addresses Your obligations with regard to parking at Your apartment community and supplements and/or modifies the Parking and Vehicle Rules contained in the Lease and the Community Policy Handbook., All Residents' (and Permitted Occupants') vehicles must at all times be registered at the Resident Parking Permit Web Page. If a vehicle is not registered, it is unauthorized to park at the Community and is subject to immediate towing., Your Virtual Permit entitles You to park in Your reserved space or garage or any unreserved parking space on the Community. However, You may not park in any spaces designated for visitors or any spaces reserved for other residents., The number of vehicles You are permitted and may have registered is set forth in the Supplemental Resident Policies of Your Community. You acknowledge that Your failure to register Your vehicle(s) means that the vehicle(s) are not authorized to park at the Community and are subject to immediate towing without notice., Your visitors MUST register as 'guests' on the Visitor Parking Permit Web Page and may park only in Your reserved space or spaces designated for visitors. Registered visitors may not park anywhere else., If Your Community has reserved spaces and You park in spaces reserved for others, Your vehicle will be towed without further notice., If You fail to comply with this Agreement, Your vehicle is subject to immediate towing without further notice., If You add or change a vehicle or license plate on a previously registered vehicle, You must register the different vehicle/license plate on the Resident Parking Permit Web Page prior to parking it in the Community., The Community may currently, or at some time in the future, have parking spaces designated as 'Future Resident Parking.' You and Your visitors are prohibited from parking in such spaces during posted office hours., Resident Virtual Permits expire on the Move Out Date set by You or Us, as provided in the Lease., There are no other agreements regarding the subject of this Agreement. Any Vehicle Permit Addendum previously signed is no longer in effect., Unauthorized vehicles, Abandoned or inoperable vehicles, 18 wheeler tractor/trailers, Vehicles parked in spaces reserved for other residents, Vehicles parked in visitor parking (unless you are a visitor), Vehicles parked in FIRE LANES, Vehicles parked on grass or sidewalks, Vehicles taking up two or more spaces, Vehicles parked in 'No Parking' or 'Tow Away' zones, Vehicles parked in HANDICAP SPACES without a valid permit, Vehicles blocking entrances, exit from parking spaces or dumpsters, Vehicles parked in other places prohibited by law
