Aa a Direct Support Professional (DSP) i provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or other needs, assisting them with daily tasks and promoting their independence and quality of life. I help individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation,medication administration and transportation. As a DSP,I also play a role in teaching life skills, facilitating community integration, and advocating for their clients' rights and needs.

As a package handler i was responsible for the safe and efficient handling of packages within a warehouse or delivery environment. This involved tasks like sorting, loading, unloading, and scanning packages, ensuring they are properly labeled and tracked for delivery. I adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
