  • I was employed by CIS to represent Eastern Shore Natural Gas (ESNG) on the installation of several Transmission projects including M&R stations, all of which were FERC permitted projects. Over the course of 4 years the projects were inspected every 28 days by a FERC field inspector. There were no Notices of Violations given to ESNG during that timeframe. I performed utility inspections in the following crafts: clearing, stringing, coating, ditching, lowering in, backfilling, cleanup and restoration. As a Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) in the State of Delaware I performed the post monitoring of pipeline ROW’s until the permitted 70% uniform vegetation was established.

  • I was employed as an Environmental/Utility Inspector for Talisman Energy USA, in Bradford County, PA. I inspected the construction of numerous natural gas gathering systems and construction of the River Road Compressor Station/Meter Station. My duties were to inspect and ensure compliance with all permit conditions set forth by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). This included all environmental inspections of ECD’s on a daily basis. I also oversaw all water body and wetland crossings, several horizontal directional drills, road bores, lowering-in, backfill, tie-ins, coating, clean up, restoration/reclamation and all other aspects of pipeline construction. I also maintained logbooks and daily reports as required by Talisman and the DEP. I also worked in conjunction with all inspectors and all local regulatory agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to insure all the integrity of all phases, of all projects that I had the honor of being involved with.
