I did not go down the traditional college path. I moved out of my parents house when I was 20 and got myself a bartending job at a brewery in downtown Alpharetta. After a year of hard work and consistently showing up on time, I was promoted to the assistant general manager of the store. With this role I was able to use my communication skills and leadership abilities to fly past sales objectives on a monthly basis. As much as I appreciate the restaurant industry and all the people I have gotten to know along the way, I believe it is time to use my skill set to pursue a career in the sales world.
