  • Enhanced the Province's involvement in work on behalf of persecuted Christians.
  • Worked with the Treasurer of the Province to strengthen the Province's financial situation.
  • Completed the mandate of the Provincial Chapter to sell the provincial house and retreat center in Pikesville and transfer to a new location in order to reduce expenses and solidify the finances for future needs of the Province.
  • Developed and implemented comprehensive pastoral planning, ensuring the spiritual growth and well-being of members of the Province.
  • Accepted the pastoral care of St. Mark Parish in Catonsville, MD, on behalf of the Province. This fostered a welcoming atmosphere within this local parish community leading to increased attendance and active participation in Mass and greater involvement in parish organizations and ministry. The parish school as also seen significant growth from 308 students to 537.
  • Spearheaded our vocation recruitment efforts which has let to an increase in the number of candidates and seminarians.
  • Organized and coordinated special events for holiday celebrations to foster unity among members of the Province.
  • Guided the Province through the COVID Pandemic with frequent communication with and amongst members.
