  • Managing a team of staffing specialists (dispatchers & timekeepers) by providing guidance and coaching on staffing applications like ADP workforce, Citrix workplace, and Alaska Airlines Roster App software, conflict resolutions with team members and applying solutions to staffing issues

  • Served as one of the small groups of trained TSA officers that had dual function certifications and security clearance that assisted in VIPER operations to track down suspected persons of interest.
