Through a combination of student presentation and instructions successfully prepared the High School students of St. Bede's College Ashing-kom for the General Certificate of Education Examination which is a requirement to gain university/college admission. As Head of the History Department, ensured that instructions were rigorous and as Vice Dean of Studies was responsible for drawing up a workable school schedule.

Through daily instruction successfully prepared the students of Lady of Lourdes College in Bamenda for the General Certificate of Education Examination which is an assessment required for entry into high school. Wrote down minutes during PTA meetings. Represented the views of the school at the Board of Governor's meeting that discussed matters relating to the school budget and staffing among others.
