Job Description:

* Make a part in different kind of molds, cutting using router, count the parts and put in the pallet or boxes.

Clamshell Press Operator / Upper and Lower Molds

Job Description:

* Secure heated vinyl to ring and place in mold.

* Attach all metal inserts into mold make sure all areas of vinyl are smooth then place fiberglass in the mold.

* Start robotic cycle for resin and iso pour mixture.

* When mold comes out remove the bullets from inserts, trim off excess material and smooth out rough edges from mold.

* You have performed all assembly functions and can operate all hand tools.

* Limited vinyl repair work.

* Skilled at router table, clean off all rough trim on part and drill using the proper templates
