

Francis Osuji is a dynamic pastor with a robust background in church administration, mission work, pastoral care, and education, dedicated to promoting justice, equality, and community engagement. Passionate about research, educational advancement, public policy, and public administration, with a commitment to creating a meaningful impact within diverse communities. Currently serving a multicultural congregation at the United Methodist Church in Jersey City while navigating the journey as an international student in the USA. He has Multilingual capabilities in English, French, and two West African dialects, Mandinka and Wolof, along with technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite, video editing, photography, and social media marketing, enhance outreach efforts and foster effective communication.
Developed and led a faith-based community outreach initiative in collaboration with Family Promise and local resource centers, providing spiritual and material support for families experiencing homelessness.
Designed and implemented a Justice Ministry project grounded in the SHALOM framework, integrating biblical theology, social ethics, and lived community realities into a comprehensive ministry proposal suitable for congregational use.
