  • Electrician Leadman in a polymer chemical plant.
  • My key responsibilities are to conduct walk thrus with the foreman, General foreman and superintendent. To analyze work area. Conduct safe practices for our wire pulls. Ensure the safety of our personal and that the Goal was achieved.
  • Conducted wire pulls with a group of 16 Guys. Set up guys for wire pull and directed them by locating certain race ways, or cable trays to pull on. Ensured all proper safety measures were taken aswell.
  • Conducted wire pulls of wire gauges, from 7/C #12 & up to 35kv.
  • Did proper paperwork as pull sheets, fall assesments /working at heights. Water /Heat stress logs and production sheets.

  • Electrician Leadman in a LNG Refinery.
  • Installed cable bust duct system and pulled all high voltage cable through the system. While completing 100% of system
  • Installed cable tray 12-36 inch tray. Insured everything was fastened and according to code.
  • Did loop checks and punch list on all cabling for An MCC. Prepped cabling for all switch gear.
  • Knocked out windows below said MCC and installed Rox Blox and ensured cables were sealed and fastened properly.

  • Foreman responsible for a crew of 20 Wire pullers/punch list crew. This included journeyman and helpers. My duties were to lift out my crew and ensure our production goals for the day were met. While working safe and also hitting everything to it proper code and specs.
  • Would analyze prints and work area’s and plan for the day and its projects and while also planing ahead for future dates.

  • Conducted meetings with our superintendent and project manager for priority pulls and also daily production pulls.
  • Walked down work areas and advised 2 Leadman and the crew on which race ways cables were going to be pulled thru.
  • Made sure that all cable was properly pulled with enough footages to land on proper landing place. Also assured all cable was properly secured & Tagged
  • Ordered cable spools and ensured proper staging areas for cable spools.
  • Did production sheets and assured our daily production goals were met by preparing the day before for the following days cable runs.
  • Ensured all cable pulls were done in a safe manner and that all cable pull crew had proper documentation to work at heights and proper pull sheets. While also conducting all my foreman documentation as well.
