Responsibility:

Dock person-

• Forklift operator: Pacer and Sit Down Forklifts
• Unload trailers with recyclable materials
• Stack tots to required height
• Load trailers with items that are needed
• Loaded pallets onto trailers efficiently.

Return Center Trainer:

• Train new associates
• Train them to operate forklift in a safe manner
• Make sure they are working safe and understand what they are doing

Other responsibilities:

• Fill in dock coordinator
• Fill in bailer operator

• Manage ongoing activities
• De-escalating arguments among customers
• Handling the cleaning at the end of the day
• Ref games when needed
