Francisco Ramos

Started as the building material Department supervisor at the Armitage Cicero location in the winter of 2006.  January 2008 I switched positions from a store side Plumbing department supervisor to joining the traveling merchandising team as a founding member. In 2010 promoted to Area Supervisor on the traveling merchandise team in the organizations first expansion. In 2012 went back to store side as the overnight freight supervisor at the Elston location.  In 2014 was promoted back to the traveling team as the overnight Merchandise Execution Manager over seeing 7 stores with in the city of Chicago.

• Resolved customer problems by investigating issues, answering questions and building rapport.
• Built and maintained effective relationships with peers and store management.
• Guide and support over 25 staff members and 2 travel supervisors to consistently achieve team goals.
• Hold each associate  accountable for achieving the highest level of of standards and performance goals.
• Performed  seasonal merchandising resets to better serve our customers. 
• Coordinated with overnight travel supervisors  on creating work schedules to service seven stores throughout the city of Chicago.
• Streamlined operational efficiencies by hiring and training staff to drive growth initiatives.
• Organized engaging merchandise presentation to motivate impulse purchases.
• Hired, trained, and mentored over 10 area supervisors since being in role.
