Depending on the department there is the opportunity to take on contract term jobs. It's pretty simple and straightforward. Stay focused in control and people oriented.

- I got into this kitchen around Covid and really got to learn a lot in this kitchen taking on rolls starting from dishwasher to prep, line cook, bar back and Host.
- Due to Covid and the work restrictions I was able to stay busy and at the same time work multiple stations making fire stone oven pizzas like the margarita, three cheese, and meat lovers as well as deserts, salads and the fryer.

- Nothing to it, there is a limited amount of items that get rung up here like wings chicken strips, onion rings, two types of potatoes and a few other items that go in the fryer, but they come in consistently and often.
