As the lead, I delegated tasks to agents arriving for various shifts, providing them with briefings on any new information they needed to know. I ensured that everyone remained at their assigned stations, such as counters or security checkpoints, and addressed any prolonged absences without notice, particularly among oversize baggage handlers. Additionally, I made sure that all agents took their breaks on schedule and returned to their positions promptly.

As a dispatcher, I coordinated wheelchair attendants throughout the airport to assist passengers from designated gates to their next destinations, ensuring they reach their desired locations. Additionally, I assigned wheelchair attendants to recover abandoned wheelchairs scattered across the airport premises.

In my role as a baggage handler, I managed oversized luggage for passengers, ensuring careful handling and processing through the TSA x-ray machine. I made sure to promptly deliver them onto the conveyor belt.

• I tasked wheelchair agents with retrieving passengers from specified locations within Terminal Three and transporting them to their desired destinations.

• I processed check-ins for Frontier passengers, providing them with boarding passes and baggage tags for their travel to their intended destinations.

• In my role as a wheelchair agent, I assisted passengers by meeting with them in Terminal five and transporting them to their desired locations. If they were catching a connecting flight, I ensured they were dropped off at their designated gate for their next flight.
