As a coach at Sofive, I strive to make the players better while creating a fun and safe environment. We have practices during the week where we try to develop the skills of the kids enrolled in the Youth Development Program. On the weekends, the kids have games, and that's where we work on their ability to play in a game. Whether it is actual soccer, the way they carry themselves on the pitch, or just having fun. These games are meant for the kids to have fun while also giving them the chance to get coaching to help get them better.

On the weekends, the kids in our Youth Development Program have games. As the referee, I try to ensure that the kids are playing in a safe environment while also allowing them to have fun. This includes watching the actions of the kids on the field and also paying attention to what the parents are doing. Parents tend to have an influence on the decisions of their kids on the pitch. So I try to ensure that whatever is said is kept appropriate for the game.
