Working as an expeditor I will call out the tickets for the kitchen and grab them things they need for their dish. Whether it be a salad they need for the main dish or side dishes like coleslaw. I will also help the kitchen by bagging togo orders. As I read the tickets I see if the bar needs anything like salads, soups, desserts, etc. if food comes up I will run it for the servers and check to see if the customers need anything else. I will also make sure everything stays stocked for the servers and bussers who are grabbing things from the kitchen.
