Led all internal security investigations globally for a Fortune 10 company with 200,000 employees in 180 countries. Directed and implemented first Insider Threat and Intellectual Property Protection programs in company history. Planned and executed security for all board of directors and shareowners meetings, and all Olympic Games for which GE was a major sponsor. Oversaw the workplace violence program including threat assessments and all-employee training to recognize the warning signs and indicators of workplace violence.

Led the FBI's counterintelligence program world-wide, and directed all espionage investigations across all agencies of the U.S. government. Oversaw all counterintelligence resources in each of the FBI's field offices and overseas locations. Frequently briefed the FBI Director, U.S. Attorney General, the House and Senate intelligence committees, and the White House.

Senior FBI official in the Cleveland field office, responsible for investigating federal crimes throughout the federal judicial district of northern Ohio, including Cleveland, Toledo, Akron, Canton, Youngstown. Developed extensive liaison with law enforcement and private sector partners, including anti-trafficking organizations in Ohio resulting in dismantlement of national sex-trafficking rings and rescue of sex-trafficked women and minors. Led one of the largest public corruption investigations in Ohio history which led to the conviction of over 70 public officials including a county commissioner.

Appointed by the FBI director to oversee all program and personnel audits across the FBI. Assessed leadership performance, and impact accomplishments globally. Oversaw all agent-involved-shooting incidents in keeping with applicable policies.

Directed the White Collar Crime and Corruption branch composed of nine squads responsible for complex investigations in the fifth largest FBI field office. Accomplishments included the conviction of 17 Miami police officers, the city manager and the city finance director, and the corporate convictions of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and American Airlines, After the terror attacks of 9/11/2001, I was named to lead the south Florida Joint Terrorism Task Force consisting of nine squads of agents and officers representing dozens of state, county, local and federal agencies. Led numerous investigations and convictions of Al-Qaeda, Hizbollah and other international terrorists, as well as domestic terrorists.

Led one of the first Crimes Against Children squads in the FBI, responsible for investigating production and distribution of child sexual abuse material throughout northern California, and for solving cold cases involving missing and murdered children. Developed training curriculum for police officers, partnered with state and city law enforcement, and rescued kidnapped and exploited children while arresting producers and distributors of child sexual abuse material.
