  • Oversee day-to-day telephony communications monitoring of the Cisco Unified Call Manager, Unity Connection Messaging and Emergency Responder systems. Adding and removing physical devices should they fail. Configuring new extensions and voice mail box accounts throughout the school year.   • Oversee day to day telephony communications monitoring a Nortel Meridian Option 61c and six Option 11c telephone switches. Install and troubleshoot telephone handsets and network wiring. Administer Excel to track locations and wiring configuration of all physical telephone handsets.
  • Control CallPilot2 Manager Network Messaging (voice mail) Service.
  • Instrumental in transitioning the district from analog CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) to IP (Internet Protocol) network video working closely with the network administrator and partnering with department coworkers. Administer MS Excel to track locations and wiring configuration of all network IP cameras.
  • Summer 2016 and 2019 security camera upgrade initiatives prompted me to establish a close working relationship with Axis Communications Southern New Jersey Regional Manager.
