Frank Lehman

As a merchandiser I am responsible for servicing multiple stores in a timely and efficient manner 6 days a week. I am filling many different products like but not limited to pop, water, energy drinks even coffee. I am responsible for filling and building displays which I take pride in making sure they look the best. I have to communicate with managers in stores as well as my sales representative to help set up displays or to keep ones we already have. I talk with receivers in stores to help give them a heads up on whats coming in and what to expect from me while I'm there while keeping my backroom area clean and neat. Communication is key so everyone is on the same page. With this position I have earned a great reputation by my fellow co workers as well as management. Many of them have been with the company for a long time some over 20 years so for them to tell me I do a great job or even consider me "the best" that shows they know I go above and beyond what is expected and that I strive to do the best I can.

I started as a bagger back in 2016 when I was 14 just bagging groceries and taking care of the bottle machines on a regular bases. In January 2020 I was promoted when I turned 18. Since the pandemic started around that time the help was limited and the store was crazy busy so I would jump around all the time from doing the register, to produce, to dairy, to grocery and even back to bagging. With that came a ton of customer service experience and leadership since I would also train people on occasion.
