• Organized and established work-zone perimeters via placement of flagmen and rigging team members to ensure proper perimeter safety during crane lift operations
• Management and distribution of Motorola 2 way radios to all personnel to ensure constant communications between team members associated with the crane lift (ie; Crane operator, rigging team, perimeter flagmen and truck drivers)
• Supervised all phases of loading and unloading of machinery and equipment onto/off trucks and trailers
• Daily use of NexGen Atom app for integrated record keeping between office personnel and field employees
