As a member of the web team, I ensure our online presence meets the goals of the University Marketing and Communications department with superior attention to detail and cross-functional teamwork. Highlights of my experience and responsibilities include:

• Conducting user research, usability testing, and quality assurance pre- and post-launch to inform intuitive and engaging interface design
• Building websites in Drupal 7 & 9, including page migration and content creation
• Gathered, defined, and refined requirements, led project design, and oversaw project implementation.
• Reviewing and addressing compliance issues with brand quality and digital accessibility standards
• Revising or redesigning information architecture (IA) using sitemapping (Adobe XD) and user testing (Optimal Workshop) of multiple sites within purview

Conducted successful interviews with previously non-responsive individuals for the 2020 US Census Initiative.
