Beginning as a Floor Hand 2007, advanced to Motor Hand in 2008. Later in 2010 raised to AD and soon after to Driller. Took out Rig 152, an EDS Rig from 2010-2015. Under my leadership my team had zero accidents and I trained many future drillers.
2015-2016 Manager of a Rig Moving Crew where my team and I were able to cut Rig moves down by 1.25 days in Southwest Texas & Louisiana . 2016 Took out Amphibian Rig 161 for Devon and Continental.
2018-2020- After a lot of great experience and hard work, promoted to Rig Manager.
With the guidance of my Superintendent & the Devon Consultants I worked along side of, we succeeded in all levels of Rig Safety & Drilling Records.
