• Performing appropriate ADL techniques such as bathing, oral care, grooming, feeding and dressing.
• Accurate and prompt to the nurse any symptoms of illness exhibited by the resident.
• Proper Implementation of mealtime procedures and position care plans designed for each residents.
• Proper use of any equipment or appliances prescribed for residents, dress for weather and activity.
• Respecting the rights of residents including their identity and confidentiality.
• Complete finding reports and notify nurse of findings in a timely manner.
• Proper use of each residents wheelchair and other adaptive devices.

-Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.

-Help with mobility (turning, repositioning, transferring from bed to wheelchair).

-Assist nurses with medical procedures (e.g., wound care, catheterization)

-Report changes in patient condition to nurses and document food intake, bowel movements, and behavioral changes

• I performed data entries using Lightwave Health Information management system (LHIMs).
• Checking prescriptions for accuracy and ensuring medication safety and dispensing appropriately while also addressing various adverse effects.

• Undertook interventions in human rights and HIV/STI services for men who have sex with men and gender diverse young persons in Ghana.
• Tested and held several adherence counseling for young peers in various communities in Accra-Ghana.
• Collected and entered data on all peers tested and counseled.
• Made several presentations at review meetings and stakeholders conferences and seminars.
