I have worked for Whirlpool for the last 20 years plus. I have worked in paint for 16 years as a coordinator before that I worked in materials as a driver, I worked on dott line ,lines 2, 3 and 4 and at the warehouse. When i was on line 3 I did team leader for a short time.

As a coordinator has been a great experience, taking on responsibilities of managing emploee and placing them on various jobs to make the department runs smoothly and safely

I have run this department with no supervision when they were on vacation or in meetings.

I track overtime, vacation and do various spreadsheets on the computer. I answer calls on the phone and radio to solve problems ,quality and personal as they arise.

I have had numerous Supervisors,Managers and schedulers over the years that I have to commute too. Checking Schedule

I do communicate if there's a problem with one of the storage lines broke or need fixed.
