Monitors and implements all quality and safety.

Organizes and assists management and employees with training in quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Audit, inspect and makes reports of any findings to management and employees.

• Oversees entire plant to ensure all material and processed are in accordance with industry, company and ISO standards, including machining liners and coatings
• Ensures incoming materials and products are acceptable with those same standards
• Preparation of audit reports, including defined corrective actions that need to be performed with any issues or complaints
• Maintains quality documents and develops quality management systems.

• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing production goods
• Responsible for quality of manufacturing in all phases, from concept to completion to proper processing and packaging and maintaining confidentiality of customer's special products and services
• Responsible for calibrations of all measuring devices, including micrometers, balances, scales, hardness meters and imaging equipment
• Responsible for on hand inventory needed for production.

• Maintain, build and rebuild all types of mining and earth moving machinery, extensive welding, hydraulics, pumps, valves, electric motors, gears, bearings and fire suppression systems.

• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot G.E
• Steam turbines and associated systems, including fuel hydraulic, lube oil, HP & LP air

• Maintained, repaired and troubleshot the following equipment and systems:
• G.E
• LM 2500 Main Propulsion Gas Turbines
• Allison 501-K17 Gas Turbine Engine
• Ingersol-Rand 200 cfm Low Pressure Air Compressors
• Consaco Waste Heat Boiler
• Westinghouse Main Reduction Gear
• Bird/Johnson Controllable Reversible Pitch Propeller Hydraulic System
• Sharples Lube Oil Purifier (Bowl Type)
• Various pumps: Centrifugal, Vane, Gear Type, Jet ranging in capacities from 1200 gpm to 2 ½ gpm
• Various heat Exchangers, Valves, Filters and Support Equipment
