- I was always very helpful and resourceful in talking to customers and understanding their feelings and their needs so I could be best suited to improve the dining or takeout experience.

- I took my job at the airport very seriously, especially knowing that I was a security agent
- Two months into the job I requested to be trained in another bigger position of Flight security which was granted to me
- After 3 months of working with the knowledge I knew and the skills I had picked up from the other two positions I got offered to become a ramp agent
- I became a ramp agent and was very versatile to be able to work any 3 of these positions on any day which is how it stayed until I left.
